This T-shirt order form set was designed to meet all the needs you may have either you are owning a business or just starting up, it has what is necessary to help you stay organized and bring your business to the next level. The form is easy to follow, the printable pages that you can print off on your printer or edit on your Adobe Acrobat reader.
It comes with the washing instruction card, the Png format lets you print it on cardstock or any fancy paper. It's about 5", can be sized down but not suggest to be sized up as the image may become pixelated.
